We’re mindful every day of the impact we have on the environment, and we’re always looking for ways to reduce the negative aspects and increase the good. These are just some of the smaller, everyday steps we’re taking:

We offer flexible home working for all our employees and hold our meetings online whenever possible
We keep our supply chain sustainable
We’re only working with other businesses who share our values – all our third-party suppliers are carefully selected on the basis of sustainability
We’re paperless where possible
As a digital-first business, we limit the amount of paper we use across our business, whether that’s the printing we do behind the scenes or the ‘Welcome’ materials you won’t find landing on your doorstep
We encourage our team to be green
Our employee benefits package includes an e-bike purchase plan to minimise local emissions and congestion
Our partnership with Ecologi
We’re doing lots as a business to play our part on a local level, but our partnership with Ecologi is perhaps where we’re making the biggest difference on the grandest scale.
Ecologi is an organisation that partners with climate projects around the world, helping thousands of individuals and organisations come together to have a huge and positive impact on the planet. By supporting them, we can proudly say we’re playing an immediate, active and tangible role in the fight against climate destruction. We’re regularly planting trees, actively removing CO2 from the environment, and supporting some incredible projects in some of the areas around the world that have been worst affected by the climate crisis.
